Since the age of 6 (1998), Sasha has captured the world's attention with her climbing abilities.  By the time she was eleven, Sasha sent her first 5.13, something that had not been achieved since Chris Sharma and Adam Ondra.  While still in High School, Sasha sent two of the hardest routes in the Red River Gorge, Kentucky;.Southern Smoke (5.14c) and Lucifer (5.14c).   Then, in 2011, the three-time US National Champion became the first American women to climb the grade 9a (5.14d) with her historic ascent of "Pure Imagination", also located in Kentucky's Red River Gorge.

Sasha first began climbing at 6 years old, in 1998. She has won the World Championships for Female Overall, and has placed Silver in the Bouldering World Championships, as well as Bronze in the Duel. Sasha was the undefeated Pan American Champion from 2004 to 2014, and she is a three-time US National Champion. Outdoors, Sasha is the first North American woman to climb the grade 9a, 5.14d.

On October 15th 2011, adidas team athlete, Sasha DiGiulian became the first American woman to climb the grade 9a (5.14d) with her historic ascent of "Pure Imagination" in Kentucky's Red River Gorge.

In March of 2012, 5 months after her historic ascent of "Pure Imagination", adidas team athlete, Sasha DiGiulian, traveled to Spain in search of her next level. After a month of searching for a route that suited her best, she once again climbed the grade of 9a (5.14d) with her ascent of "Era Vella" in Margalef.

On "Golden " 5.14b Sasha DiGiulian have said "I've definitely had moves that completely stopped me, and it became more mental than physical."

Sasha DiGiulian travels to South Africa and completes a First Ascent in Waterval Boven, naming it "Rolihlahla," 5.14b which is South African president Nelson Mandela's middle name.

Sasha DiGiulian is a professional climber, world-ranking leader for Female Outdoor Sport Climbing, reigning national and world champion, US Junior and Adult National team member, and Athlete Representative for The International Federation of Sport Climbing

Her achievements in climbing include many first female ascents, including Era Vela- (9a) 5.14d, Pure Imagination-(9a) 5.14d, Cosi Fan Tutte- (8c+) 5.14c, and Lucifer-(8c+) 5.14c. She is also the only North American Woman to achieve 9a and to onsight 8b+, the third woman in the world to ascend 9a, and the youngest woman in the world to climb that grade.

Sasha has received awards and acknowledgments for her successes. At age 14, in 2007, she was named an "Outdoor Idol" by the Outdoor Industry Foundation, and in 2012 she was awarded a Gold Piton Award for "Breakaway Success". She was also a featured guest at the US embassy in Bern, Switzerland, where they held a dinner in her honor.

Sasha is highly involved in various charity organizations. She serves as an athlete ambassador for Right to Play-a non-profit organization that aids underprivileged children around the world, and for Outdoor Nation-a movement to activate youth to enjoy America's great outdoors. She is also involved with HERA, a women's cancer foundation, as the founder of "Boulder Like a Girl" climbing clinic.
